Introduction

This comprehensive course provides a systematic development of skills and knowledge of QA / QC Manager with international standards. Quality Assurance is a program for the systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project, service, or facility to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Quality Control is an aggregate of activities (such as design analysis and inspection for defects) designed to ensure adequate quality. Quality assurance can be defined as “part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled.” Quality control can be defined as “part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements.” QC is a subset of the QA activities. Quality Assurance (QA) is a management method that is defined as “all those planned and systematic actions needed to provide adequate confidence that a product, service or result will satisfy given requirements for quality and be fit for use”. A Quality Assurance programme is defined as “the sum total of the activities aimed at achieving that required standard” (ISO, 1994).

Participants will be exposed to Contemporary quality assurance and control Standards, Procedures to adhere to specifications and quality requirements, Quality control tools, Processes and range of automated and manual checks necessary to meet quality requirements.

Eligibility Criteria: Qualified Engineers, Chemists, Process Analysts, Quality Inspectors, Auditors, Engineers, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Managers with experience of at least 8 years’ experience of which minimum of 3 years is at supervisory level.
