The monthly training programme for your employees with improvement needs. The programme is customised for SMEs and will include the following listed courses. Monthly Competencies Development Courses are scheduled for last Thursday of every month. This is will improve employees and corporate performance in the next 6-12 months. It will be a group training for  selected staff members  for just 2 hours. Maximum Class size is 30.

Duration: 10.30-12.30 (subject to agreement). Last Thursday of the Month

Retainership Fee- Facilitation:  N130,000, Material: Folder, Slide, Jotter and Pen- N70,000 = N200,000 per session.

We shall evaluate the training every 6 months and submit reports of our findings to the management. Result of evaluation shall also aid us in reviewing the programme as well as recommending other development measures to the organization.
