Company ABC decided to implement ISO 9001:2015 to fulfill customer requirements. They requested for our proposal, screened it and selected DU&T Consulting to carry out the activities. We started with the review of their existing processes and documentation to identify gaps. The sooner we stated with the implementation, the earlier we got all employees to be fully involved in the change management activities. In fact the Managing Director of the organization commented that productivity have improved and ISO implementation opened them up to identify their process challenges and fixed them.
