NIGERIA SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRATION PROJECT

 CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES

The Global Fund invites all potential Suppliers to submit proposals to providing Capacity Building Services to the Nigeria Supply Chain Integration Project as described in further detail in Attachment A.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a supplier that will provide best value to the Global Fund, when both technical and cost factors are combined.

The Global Fund will evaluate all proposals received in response to this RFP in accordance with the evaluation criteriadescribed in this document.

 

The commencement of the capacity building services are likely to be Q3 2015.The proposal needs to state clearly what, if any, “start-up” support and costs (if any), would be needed to commence the capacity building services.

 

This RFP in no way obligates the Global Fund to award a contract, nor does it commit the Global Fund to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal.

 

To be eligible as a supplier for the Global Fund, the organization must comply with the Policy on Ethics and Conflicts of Interest for Global Fund Institutions and the Supplier Code of Conduct.  Both are located on the Global Fund website at the following link: http://www.theglobalfund.org/en/library/documents/
